Blacksphere is a studio that believes in pushing our equipment to it’s limits. Creativity is the core of our photographic style. Specifically dark and alternative art.

Our main focus is images for the subculture, with a bent for dark art. We specialise in providing digital photographs for web and print media. With a focus on subculture photography we are into; Gothic photography, Grunge, Cyber punk and alternate hardcore to name a few.

We follow this up with studio post production techniques; photo manipulation, digital photo editing, retouching, digital make up, red eye reduction, photo editing and more.

Firstly however we capture your image in clear, crisp, full vivid colour. If you have any images that are composed well but are; overexposed, under exposed, or require photo correction then go to our photo retouching link on the menu bar.

We love photography, we see it as a play on light, the skilful timing of capturing the moment, good composition and the X-factor that makes a photograph great. Please look at our gallery for more.

How to arrange or book a shoot? It is easy as 123.

1.  Contact us to discuss the shoot, confirm a time and book the shoot.
2. The Photo shoot takes place.
3. You receive your images online via a download folder directly to your computer.

Our rates are $65 AUD per hour, with a minimum 2 Hr booking. Rates are based on shooting locally in the Sydney metropolitan area. Fees will vary for travel, but as a starting price use our standard price for all costing. For more specifics please contact us directly. Yes we can arrange prints, however in order to provide the fastest service possible and keep costs down to a minimum only electronic copies are kept.
